其實很多人都應該要有兩個觀念:(雖然板上或是精華區早就寫爛了)
1.減肥不是要 「吃少」,而是要 「吃對」
2.燃脂或是長肌肉都是 「在休息的時候執行的動作」
這陣子看下來
很多人會去 care 我鄭多燕跳了多久、踩 X-Bike 踩了幾分鐘
卻沒有很細究自己吃的東西,說自己為了減肥所以挑魯味吃
然後就把過錯推給澱粉、肉食等 (剛好兩個是要相反過來的!)
事實上沒有足夠的熱量要怎麼燃脂?怎麼長肉?
(不然減肥下來也是鬆款的皮)
如果運動後又沒有好好的吃跟休息
運動的效果一半都發揮不到,還會因為提早疲勞產生倦怠
所以很高興自己踩了很多時間的車子或是跳了鄭多燕的同時
請對自己身體好一點,好好的吃
身體才真的會回報你一個健康、且偶而大餐也不會復胖的體態
