小妹我想請教各位(如標題)
運動時心跳率一定要超過130下才有幫助燃燒脂肪嗎?
現在我都會去上健身房至今已兩三個禮拜了
只是每次都只騎坐式健身車一個小時
心跳率跟我在走路時一樣(自己評估)
這樣對減肥會不會沒有效果阿
