這樣的基代正常還是偏低呢 - 健身

我今年24歲
身高164cm 體重47~48kg之間遊走
上禮拜去康是美測量
體脂肪:18.5%
內臟脂肪:1
基代:1144
身體年齡:18
平常有運動習慣 平常胃口小 吃得不算太多
我是想問這樣的基代是否在一般人來說是偏低呢
有稍微爬過文
有版友說基代其實跟體重高低有關
比較重的原本的基代就比較高?(是這意思嗎@@)
原本就不重的則反之
去年我體重曾經到57kg 後來慢慢瘦下來到現在這樣
還是因為這中間我的減重方式關係導致我基代變低咧
可是去年我也沒量過基代所以無從比較...Orz
但我有運動習慣 有可能是吃太少導致
想請問如果要增加基代 但不要影響到體重跟體脂
是否只有重訓一途 那需要搭配有氧嗎?
因為平常都只有做有氧運動而已
為了基代在考慮要加入重訓
