為了達基代而吃油炸當宵夜 - 健身

如題
因為最近暑假的關係、天天過著頹廢的生活
睡到中午阿、三點才吃第一餐... 之類的
不過晚上還是會去跳個舞或是慢跑
本身體脂肪是11
為了不讓每天的熱量低於基礎代謝、都會故意吃的比較油炸!
但最近有點變胖的感覺... (體重和鏡子裡都胖了)
所以想問說,如果萬非不得已的話
到底要給他低於基代、還是要吃油膩一點達到標準阿??
(我知道正常吃最好... 但就是偶爾會睡到中午嘛:S )
