為什麼吃低於基代+有氧運動 對瘦身反而沒有幫助? - 健身

小妹看了版上的文章
得知以下觀念:
1.要吃超過基代身體才能夠正常運作,燃脂更有效率
2.要均衡飲食,才會有營養素提供燃脂作用
3.節食所瘦下來的有一半是脂肪一半是肌肉
4.吃低過於基代會啟動身體飢荒模式,然後瘋狂儲存脂肪
5.吃低過基代會使身體基礎代謝降低(因為肌肉也變少嗎?)
然後小妹就有以下疑問:
1.如果我吃低過於基代,會啟動飢荒模式,吃下去的都儲存成脂肪(假設基代1300 吃1000)
假設小妹每天再加上運動(假設400)則消耗的也會大過儲存的(1300+400>1000)
那這樣效率不是比較好?
2.如果吃少於基代但是加上運動,這樣肌肉會怎麼樣?
因為節食會少肌肉,但是有氧運動會維持住肌肉,重訓會長肌肉...所以肌肉?
(前提:雖然沒吃過基代,但是營養素有均衡的情況下)
3.板上有提到吃低過於基代,基礎代謝會下降,那是因為肌肉變少的原因還有其他嗎?
又基礎代謝率會降到多低?(假設原本1300,會降到多低?)
那假設吃低於基代+運動 會因為肌肉能維持住所以不降低基礎代謝嗎?
小妹會有以上疑問...其實是自己以身嘗試後,發現成效都不太明顯ˊˋ
(小妹知道一定會被罵的...明明都有爬文了還不聽話)
小妹5月的時候開始每個星期有4~5天都有去跑操場,8km/75分鐘(心跳都有維持120~160)
(飲食部分是正常吃,每天計算約有1500~1700,吃的幾乎都是自己煮)
跑了一個月之後,體重沒有太大變化,但是看起來有瘦一點點
(體脂都在20~21.5左右 體重52 會想要再瘦是因為小妹都胖在大腿還有腰ˊˋ
腰有26~27吋,大腿有19~20吋,來人阿~你說這樣合理嗎??? 明明體脂只有20的說...泣)
然後就卡關了阿阿阿阿阿阿阿! 連看起來都沒有變化(/‵Д′)/~ ╧╧
氣餒之下再加上某次在家裡浴室疑似閃到腰,所以至今一直都沒有運動
從7月放暑假之後,
7月份在家裡因為天氣很熱沒有食慾
(估計熱量600,每天就是喝300cc的全脂牛奶一杯+黑芝麻豆漿一杯+50g的雜糧水果乾)
然後我就很明顯的瘦了...(體重52->49.5)
8月份至今 不知道為啥覺得身體很想吃青菜
所以每天吃的幾乎是300g青菜+40g的鮪魚罐頭(或者是肉)
紅蘿蔔一條300g+蛋一顆+南瓜50~100g
牛奶一杯+黑芝麻豆漿一杯+50g雜糧水果乾
結果今天量體重又52了啦,而且連看起來都有變胖!!! ╰(‵皿′*)╯
所以小妹才在想要不要使用終極手段,吃這樣再加上運動!
因為我實在是不敢"再"嘗試吃高於基代再加上運動
(小妹之前平時就有運動習慣,每個禮拜至少有3天都會騎上16~20km的腳踏車來回學校,
心跳大概95~120,這習慣持續有2年多了.小妹也自認為在吃上面很節制,零食少吃,
每天熱量最多1800偶爾才會2000,可是都瘦不下來...好想哭)
請各位板大位小妹指點迷津吧...o(><;)o
