關於早餐 - 健身

我每天早上都吃橘子廚房的組合套餐,
他有六樣可以選,
但是礙於價錢跟食量
我通常選擇3號餐,(69元)
但是我隱約覺得不大健康耶!!!
老闆娘一直說我每天這樣吃早餐很健康= =|
3號餐內容是,
蔬菜番茄沙拉蔬菜少量+10根左右小薯條+小香腸2根+炒滑蛋+兩小片全麥吐司附上盒裝奶油
通常我都會塗一些
通通擺在一個大拼盤,
實在是非常漂亮,
但是總覺得...熱量..
我通常配鮮茶道的沖繩黑糖奶茶
他有其他的套餐,有一個套餐是把薯條改成黑胡椒牛柳,
還是我吃這個比較好呢,
請板上高手可以幫我指出嗎,謝謝!!
