BMI:21.8
體脂率:30.5%固定早上起床時量,晚上洗完澡後量約27-28%
三餐內容
早餐:am 07:00 x格大燕麥片七大匙+200cc鮮奶+100cc黑咖啡+20顆葡萄乾
早點:am 10:30 餅乾一份 約70-100卡(因為這時就覺得很餓>~< 忍得住就不吃)
午餐:am 12:00公司供歺 大部份就是四菜一湯一甜點,份量都以不鏽鋼碗一碗當1份)
白飯1/3份,炒青菜1.5份,肉1份,綠豆湯1份(料2/3 湯1/3)
午點:pm 3:00黑咖啡+100cc鮮奶(不加糖)
晚餐:pm 5:30 1.5份炒麵或炒飯(大部份是澱粉類),或者同午歺只是全部量減半
晚點: pm 21:00餓的話就吃一份水果(大部份都省略 )
運動時間:
早上6點 跑步45分鐘 約6公里 心跳130左右
晚上6:30(周1.3) 有氧1小時 心跳120左右
平時心跳約60上下(好像有點低)
睡前10:00 仰臥起坐100下 交叉扭轉100下 剪刀腳100下 等約20分鐘
問題:之前有在跳舞習慣約3年,但後來有些事情停了半年後 胖了6-7kg
所以想找回運動的習慣,以上菜單跟運動已持續2個月
体重與体脂率均無明顯下降,想請大家幫我看是那裡需要改善~謝謝!
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上五點五十起床 晚上11點左右睡覺
