這邊強調以每日一餐為例
正常人聽到每日一餐
都會馬上有三個感覺
1. 極端不健康
2. 很容易餓,生活像地獄
3. 容易暴飲暴食
4. 很容易失敗,結束後容易復胖
但在斷食Line群組詢問大家心得都是
1. 斷食很健康,很多奇怪疾病莫名其妙治好,好處真的很多
2. 前幾天餓而已後來習慣,都不太餓
3. 一開始確實那餐會吃很多,但之後食量會越來越小
4. 由於斷食很好保護肌肉(運動及蛋白質都有適量補充情況下),所以不會比其他飲食
方法更容易復胖
5. 彈性一點每週10餐,其實很好成功

而是問
1. 有人實行斷食覺得很難放棄(原因是什麼)
2. 有人實行一兩週後還是很餓的嗎?
ps.
1. 個人強調斷食還是要運動(最好是負重訓練或HIIT)
2. 斷食要特別計算營養,尤其維生素及蛋白質
