偶然得知這個版,看了幾個月,最近持續了一段自我減重,
覺得體重雖然沒少很多,但是體態感覺有差,跟朋友聊天分享最近的飲食~
朋友就提醒我吃的都是高鉀食物,要小心~我問她說對減重有影響嗎?
朋友回說:你自己查...囉!所以我很認真找了一下高鉀的食物資料,
發現菜單裡面很多的確是高鉀的食物,搜尋版上沒看到有特別說明,
中午的菜單大概是:
地瓜半顆(比拳頭小一點)或者是糙米一碗,
搭配水煮青菜一盤(比拳頭還大一點的份量)加一顆蛋,
大部分是:空心菜 高麗菜 地瓜葉 青花菜 小白菜 油菜
水煮青菜有時候換成炒蔬菜:
青椒紅椒黃椒(1/3顆)小黃瓜(半條)番茄(1顆)香菇(1~2朵)洋蔥(1/4顆)雞胸肉約150g
下午會帶著剩下的半顆地瓜,餓了可以吃,加上芭樂或是鳳梨、香蕉(擇一
早上吃吐司或是堡(不選炸的),如果有空就自己用燕麥片加無糖豆漿加茶葉蛋,
晚上跟著家裡吃,正常是三菜一魚一肉一湯,會吃一碗菜+肉跟魚少許+1碗湯
我看地瓜跟糙米飯很常出現在減重菜單裡面阿,
想問問各位高手們會有什麼影響呢?
