第一次有跑步習慣後,變得很好睡,幾乎是躺到床上很快就睡著了,
時間到還會有精神的自動起床。
可是中間中斷一些時間後,再重新跑步,就沒有那麼好睡了,而且起床精神也沒之前好。
有人說是量不夠,但是確實有比之前多。
是哪裡還需要再改進呢?
