首先原PO BMI超標 183.X CM / 92 KG
剛開始做滾輪的時候 一組8下 一天3組
隔天小腹就痛得死去活來了
持續了一段時間
直到現在 一組20下 一天5組 做得當下小腹是有灼熱感
但隔天小腹痠痛那種感覺卻消失了...
是因為無效了嗎= =? 感覺當下一組20下是極限了 還是要再增加
小腹才會有痠痛感
題外話:滾輪真的很有用..雖然目前體重沒有明顯的降低 但閃光卻說
我瘦了 哈哈 不知道要做多久肚肚的線條才能出現呢XDD
