為什麼運動都是右邊比較痠 - 減肥

大家好,第一次發文又是手機排版,還請見諒。
小妹前陣子想減肥就開始利用跑步在運動,
可是發現跑步的時候永遠都是右邊的屁股跟小腿比較痠,在跑步機上跑步時更明顯
感覺好像我的左邊都沒什麼運動到
實際摸起來也的確是左邊的屁股肉比右邊多,左邊的小腿肚比右邊大
想請問要如何改善自己的跑步姿勢才可以解決這個問題呢?
