大概是這三週減了4公斤
173cm 68kg-->64kg
體脂差不多是13.5%
站立放鬆肚皮時還是會有小腹
平常每兩天就會做仰臥起坐(一百多下)跟抬腿
小腹是有變小,但還是很明顯
唉~~~到底是怎樣
是訊練不夠密集嗎?
還是體脂太高?
