為什麼重訓這麼累? - 健身

今天在健身房有氧運動跟重訓交錯的做
先是踩了25分鐘的滑步機,後來練手臂的重訓
我只用到第2或第3格(2~3lb?)
可是拉槓跟前舉各15~20下之後我整個人快虛脫般的沒力
突然有種累到想睡的感覺?
後來又去做其他有氧運動的器材,做有氧時全身發熱,會喘會累但精神好
之後又去做重訓,做沒幾下後那股沒力好累又睏的感覺又上來了
怎麼會這樣呢?
另外我現在食量超小,只吃一點東西肚子就脹了
像我喜歡吃蔬果,吃個幾大塊的椒類菇類跟瓜類再加片穀類吐司跟火腿片就飽了
可是熱量還沒攝取足夠
想多吃點但我非常怕吃脹肚子,因為消化功能太慢,肚子一脹就好陣子無法用腦
而且又會有點反胃感,非常的難受,請問我該怎麼辦呢?
