為何外旋肩膀可以收緊闊背肌? - 健身

呃,問題如標題,我一直很好奇為什麼闊背肌的動作明明是內旋,但是一般的提示都是外
旋肩膀,夾緊腋下
不僅是硬舉臥推,連單手的壺鈴swing也是
以前有看過一個理由是說這個動作還可以「內收」肱骨,而這也是闊背肌的動作
可是如果只是這樣的話,那直接cue夾腋下就好了啊,為何還要多加「外旋」的提示?
還是是為了讓後側旋轉肌群一起拉緊?
有人可以回答我的疑惑嗎@@
