,我的訊息欄裡總是充滿了類似的疑問
顯然各位新來的朋友,沒有看過我以前的文章,所以我只好再重說一遍,以上這些問題
通通都不重要!因為運動與否,不是你能不能瘦的關鍵-健康的飲食和良好的生活習慣才
是!
很多運動愛好者看到這邊可能會無法認同,別誤會,我不是說運動不會瘦,但你們要了解
,今天沒事就跑來問這些問題的人,多半都「高估」了運動的效果
運動能不能幫助減肥或瘦身?當然可以!我最近在健身房認識了一個女生叫 蕭晴文,她
的體脂常常都保持在15%以下(相當於男生10%以下),真正有練的女性同胞應該都知道,這
是一件多麼困難的事!
你問她怎麼做到的?很簡單,一個星期運動六天,一天運動兩次,早上跑步、下午再重訓
,不只練得勤、還要練得兇!
她的跑步速度幾乎就跟我在衝刺一樣,每次都跑到整台機器「咚咚咚」發出超大聲音,旁
邊不知情的阿婆常常被她嚇得半死;她的重訓通通都是走高強度間歇的套路,一個動作接
著一個動作不停的「超級組」,沒有滑手機、沒有聊天打屁、沒有拍照打卡!
就是要把自己操到死!操到爆為止!
假設你也有辦法像她這樣每天狂操猛練,好的!那你也可以大聲說:「運動真是太神啦!
」如果不行?那你就更應該少抽菸、少喝酒、不要熬夜、不要一天到晚去團購什麼花枝丸
、鹹酥雞、花生醬、喝只有熱量的垃圾飲料!
相信我!只要你能管好你的嘴巴!你就一定能瘦下來!
沒錯,如果今天你的目標是想從一個普通人變成精壯猛男或擁有可口腹肌、誘人蜜臀的性
感美女,那你一定要運動,光靠飲食控制是絕對辦不到的,但大部份來問我問題的網友,
多半都只是略微過胖的上班族或家庭主婦,他們沒有要參加健美或比基尼比賽,他們只是
想稍微控制一下自己失控的體重,這時候與其把時間或金錢花在模仿一羞、KIMI口或林阿
姨那些不三不四的運動上,還不如花錢煮或吃一些健康、營養的食品來犒賞自己......
當然,運動的好處非常多,這些東西以前我就講過了,運動可以幫助你預防老化、運動提
升你的生活品質、運動可以改善你的健康,但運動絕對、絕對沒有「神奇的」瘦身效果!
某些靠「快速減肥」或「快速瘦身」賺錢的專家之所以身材會那麼好,絕對不是因為他們
發明的那些運動或食譜有多了不起,而是因為節食、醫美、修圖、躲起來狂練,你知道檯
面上有多少健身部落客每幾個月就會固定去「抽脂」嗎?講出來不知道會嚇死多少腦粉啊
運動是件好事,但你不應該為了特定的「數字而動」,你應該為了你「自己而動」,只要
這項運動能讓你開心,不管是跳舞、跑步、九九神功,就算每天只動幾分鐘,那也是很有
意義的一件事
但如果你真的想瘦身,就絕對不能「高估」運動的效果,想想看,如果別人每天操到要死
要活才能維持那樣的身材,你憑什麼每天只要運動三分鐘、四分鐘,做什麼「溫和版
TABATA」就能看到六塊肌?
