運動無助fitness? - 健身

之前有看過國內新聞類似報導
後來被鄉民說是斷章取義
適度運動+適當飲食還是可以有fitness
剛剛看外國的新聞專題 the man who made us thin
開頭找了兩位學者
一個的主要論點是,人類經過激烈運動後
會無意識減少自己的其他活動量
所以他「認為」有一種生理機制能自動衡平熱量的消耗
也就是說一天的熱量消耗大致是固定的(???)
所以他不認為運動有助於fitness
另一個學者講什麼忘了
後面開始探討,其實運動=fitness是從美國開始的
第一個把他們連結在一起的人,後來成功發展健身事業
這個人現在還活著,在自己的健身中心教有氧課程
說真的,他看起來不是太fit,感覺鬆鬆的
但也可能只是因為老了?
英國的另一家大健身中心老闆也認為運動不會fit
但是運動能讓人健康,fit是他們另外賣的低卡食品造成的
再來是食品業跟贊助運動的探討
食品龍頭宣導運動可以fit
所以大家可以放心吃他們的產品
如果有人要檢討他們的食品導致肥胖
他們也可以推卸說是消費者運動不足導致的
再後面則是討論用藥的部分
覺得一開始的立論依據有點薄弱啊
中間找兩個健身房的人,一個運動有益論一個運動健康論
不過後來關於食品業贊助的探討好像滿有道理的
用運動尋求fitness沒搞錯什麼吧?
