小弟 目前 172cm/98kg
平日都會跑5km 周休二日
第一天跑大概在52分鐘跑完
現在第六天 大概在45分鐘跑完
之後打算每跑滿10次增加0.5km距離
請問這樣的運動強度夠嗎?
