為啥我的體脂肪這麼高= = - 健身

體重:54
BMI:.21.9(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:30.1(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:先喝水(300~500CC)+牛奶(250~300CC)+麥片(specialK)
午餐:便當一個(有時候吃光光,但炸的肉都會去皮,有時候飯吃不完)
晚餐:水果 或 燙青菜+滷味(看有沒有時間吃飯...沒時間就吃水果)
其他:點心的話應該是海苔吧(海苔好好吃...但不會吃太多)
水的話我不太喜歡喝 一天大概1000~1500CC 沒在喝飲料
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
我是個普通上班族,上班就是坐一整天...
早上六、七點會起床,晚上大概十一點睡覺。
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
一個普通上班族(上班只動腦而已~沒啥勞力)
運動習慣:(有氧運動請務必寫明心跳數、時間長短)
最近開始運動,今天是第五天
天天都會踩踏步機30多分鐘(2000多下),螢幕顯示280Kcal(不知道是真是假= =)
踏完會按摩一下接著就洗澡了~
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我每天都會量體重和體脂肪(TANXXX牌體重機量的...)
量體重的時間是每天上上起床上完廁所量的
運動完第一天 54.9KG 體脂肪29.2
運動完第二天 54.2KG 體脂肪28.6
運動完第三天 53.9KG 體脂肪29.5= =?
運動完第四天 54.0KG 體脂肪30.1= =?
我很疑惑的是 我的體脂肪怎麼越來越高!!!!!!!
我又沒有特別吃很多東西
而且我都有在運動阿= =? 為什麼會這樣? (雖然體重有降一點...)
還有 最近皮膚狀況越來越差耶= =~痘痘越長越多 不知道是怎麼一回事T___T
有好心人願意解答我嗎? 謝謝。
