小妹最近在減脂,爬了很多文章,發現許多人都推薦早餐或午餐喝無糖豆漿
但是小妹我真的很怕豆漿的味道,完全沒辦法喝,囧
目前是都以白開水代替,想請問有沒有更適合的飲品?
