三餐內容:
早餐:全麥總匯三明治(內有生菜.蛋.水煮燻雞肉 不加美乃滋)+低糖常溫紅茶或豆漿
午餐:自己煮的糙米飯+燙青菜或清蒸魚
晚餐:太陽奇異果(sun gold)2-3顆+青菜
其他:原則上我都盡量自己煮 水果盡量在下午五點之前進食完畢 晚餐也盡量
六點前完成 不外食 不吃紅肉 不吃糖分太高的水果
日常作息時間:我是生活規律的上班族 晚上11點之前就寢 早上6點30左右起床
生活型態:上班族+非常愛做家事的人妻
運動習慣:一周打body combat 至少4-5天 每次一小時 每次心跳至少130非常確定
運動後1-2小時之內不進食 偶爾搭配重量訓練(非常偶爾)
我的問題:我很努力在控制自己的input和output 體重的下降有些許進展
可是我很想降體脂率 我希望可以控制體脂率在25%以內
請教各位有何更好的建議
