大家好,我是20歲的女生
我從去年三月開始慢跑,
從一開始只能跑十分鐘就不行,
到現在可以持續跑個五十分鐘
(跑步機速度8.6-9之間)
通常是跑到八公里左右之後用走的走完十公里
因為有用護膝,也有做暖身(跑前跑後都做)
所以膝蓋都沒甚麼大問題。
肌肉也很少痠痛。
因為我平常心跳就很慢,一分鐘通常只有54下左右
所以一直跑也不會覺得喘,頂多只是覺得很放空很放空
不過~~~
有時候會跑到覺得手臂很麻,手指也會不自主的顫抖
這是怎麼一回事呢?
有時候跑完臉色不是那種運動完的紅潤
而是非常蒼白,
真的就像白紙一樣,
但自己卻不會感覺到不舒服
我在想是因為進入無氧區了嗎??
阿~真的很奇怪阿
大家有和我一樣的情形嗎?
