這是人類的悲哀
真正控制體重體態的因素 並不是卡洛里
很多人其實知道
真正控制體態的是胰島素跟許多其他能攝取的營養素
如果今天真的將卡路里標示在許多的食品上會發生甚麼事呢
反而會產生負面影響
進而誤導了人類對於食品攝取的錯誤方向的最重要指標
也就是標示的越多
進而誤導的人越多
肥胖與營養不良的人就會更多
但是我們的廠商跟政府也深知這點
所以標不標都無所謂
反過來說
當你不相信卡路里的時候 你才有機會變瘦
我認為GI升糖指數 跟GL升糖負荷數才是最強的指標 至少佔7成準
請記住
卡路里跟熱量 是專門用來誤導無知消費者的指標
