"燃燒熱量"跟"燃燒脂肪"一樣嗎? - 健身

如標題囉
小弟剛剛在操場燃燒脂肪時
腦袋其實是在想前幾天看到有篇文章
是說騎單車5分鐘的高強度運動消耗的熱量比半小時中低強度還多
那篇文章簡單是說30分鐘裡包含5分鐘的高強度間歇運動
會比中低強度穩定作相同運動來的消耗更多熱量
而且大部分的熱量是在那5分鐘的高強度運動時所消耗的
想著想著就突然覺得不合理...
可是回到原點就突然想到說 文章提到的是熱量而非脂肪
那這樣高強度間歇運動會消耗得比中低強度有氧運度來的多脂肪嗎?
對於我這種一心就是想要降低體脂肪的人
應該還是乖乖的選擇中低強度的有氧運動(游泳、慢跑等)
才能確實達到削減脂肪的目的吧?
那高強度間歇運動消耗的熱量是來至於什麼呢?
