又不是當兵 幹嘛天天操練?
慢跑一次40分鐘 一週來個三~四次就好 而且是今天跑完 後天再跑就好
不然我看你可能不到35歲就要吃維骨力了 XD
也可以練練武術呀 把健身房的啞鈴拿來練拳頭(5公斤的那種就好)
以及把舉重設施的砝碼都拆了 只留下空桿子當作兵器使也可以啊
你要把他想成張飛的丈八蛇矛還是黃忠的象鼻刀...都好
每天都玩一樣的東西 反而不利於減肥. 因為你的身體都習慣這個節拍了
就會讓你的體脂肪掉得更慢 每天來點新刺激 才會有利於減肥
一週可以休息個兩天 這休息日就做點緩和的伸展操吧
