各位不好意思,因為小弟的疏忽 未經過營養師同意就貼上來了

小弟在這邊也有一點小小的心得
想要減脂的朋友請注意
不要以為多運動就沒問題了,運動只是輔助,健康飲食才是主體
減重必須搭配"飲食調整"才是最好的方法(就我目前所知)
小弟我身高176,原本體重75 KG,體脂率23%,體脂在男生中算是偏高的
因為大學時期就有參加系隊,以為有固定運動就可以不忌口,
所以體重就從大一的68->75、體脂15->23,之後就一直維持差不多的水平
參加這個活動已經3個月了,體重降到70.5 KG、體脂率降到17%
成果令我非常滿意^^

調整飲食絕對不可以不吃也不喝,採用半絕食減重的方法是非常容易復胖的
小弟這段期間三餐絕對正常吃
早餐維持過去一樣的分量,但絕不加美乃滋之類的東西,也會避免煎的食物
中餐為了方便還是選擇便當,但主餐絕對不油炸,主食改成五穀米優先,
肉類也都把皮挑掉,配菜都選擇蔬菜類。
有時候會選擇潛艇堡不加醬
下午如果肚子餓,點心會選擇水果類(芭樂、大番茄...等等)
晚餐大部分都選擇潛艇堡類(不加醬)+無糖豆漿
消夜會吃點玉米片+無糖豆漿 或 成分無調整/低脂牛奶
偶爾還是會有聚餐吃好料(約兩周一次),但食物也是慎選
另外飲料幾乎都沒再喝了,口渴沒事就多喝水(一定ipad溫開水)

每周會固定有氧運動2次 (慢跑40~50分鐘) + 重訓2次(30~50分鐘)
有氧是為了減脂,重訓則是為了保持肌肉量
之後會用游泳替代慢跑

作息也必須回歸正常
早睡早起很重要,現在幾乎都12點前上床,早上7~8點起床,中午吃飽站15分鐘
再睡個20分鐘的午睡
另外有很重要的一點!
這周調整的飲食不會馬上就出現效果
通常會反映在1~2周後
每周減重的重量也不宜太多,
女生一個月1公斤就很不錯了,男生則以每周0.5公斤左右為佳
