曾幾何時...自己也嘗試過模仿他們的菜單
一、IU菜單
一天只是吃三種食物:蘋果、地瓜、蛋白飲
你沒看過,他的一天只有這三個食物
工作量如此大,竟然只能吃這些QQ
二、朴信惠菜單
傳說中的小黃瓜菜單
早餐黃瓜+牛奶、午餐白菜+白飯、晚餐白菜+白飯
雖然小黃瓜是很好瘦身的方式
兼具維生素、礦物質,而且有飽足感
但缺蛋白質 熱量也太低 適合短期 長期母湯
三、雪炫菜單
一日一餐 一餐只吃蕃薯、雞胸肉和水煮蛋
零食的話選擇番茄
看完就覺得藝人真不好當
但也因他們飲食和身材控制真的有嚴格執行
才會有令人羨慕的身材
自己是望塵莫及啦 但能做到的就是改不喝飲料
愛吃多少 另就要多花雙倍的時間愛動才行
