營養補充: 無骨雞腿排食譜 - 健身

前幾篇版友問到,
到底哪些食物是用雞胸肉做的?
大家回答頗多,
想必原PO應該有理想的答案。
但是,
不是每個地方、每個時間都有在賣,
這邊我再提供另一個方法,
有興趣自己動手做可能會快一點。
無骨雞腿排作法:
所需材料: 糖、醬油、蒜頭、無骨雞腿肉、米
步驟一:
將蒜頭沏成末狀備用
步驟二:
將蒜頭、醬油、糖混合在一起製成醬料
步驟三:
把雞腿肉放入醬料中醃漬一到兩小時
步驟四:
將醃好的雞腿肉放入鍋中煎煮,
先煎有皮的那一面。
可放少許的油,或者不放油。
用中小火煎煮至表面焦黃即可上桌。
步驟五:
準備好飯、燙青菜、雞腿排、果汁
就可以開始享用這營養豐富、美味可口的一餐。
通常我是在健身前先將材料準備好、放入醃漬,
回家洗澡前先將米放入電鍋中煮,
洗完澡後燙青菜、煎雞腿排,
倒個果汁準備吃飯!!
