營養補充品有吃就有差,是正確觀念嗎 - 健身

主要是在健身房遇到一樣新手村來的
我自己是只有肌酸跟高蛋白,而且要喝不喝的,憑感覺喝,因為覺得自己還在空槓或是低重
量
而他有數十種補品,是健身房教練課程一併購買的(教練離職了)
要了清單有
1.肌酸 2.高蛋白 3.肉鹼 4.紅花籽油
5.牛磺酸 6.精氨酸 7.瓜胺酸 8.丙氨酸
9.BCAA 10.鋅鎂 11.丁酸甲脂 12.葡萄糖
13.甜菜鹼 14.維生素B群 15.維生素C
16.魚油 17.硫幸酸 18.維生素E
19.左旋谷氨醯胺
教練給他的觀念是這些東西健身來說吃了不會有副作用
有吃有差,吃了就是補
對健身來說有益無害
類似每次兩小時身體加分若是1分
吃這些補品就會變加1.05分
累積一年下來,有吃的就會比沒吃的增加不少
但我爬了一下健身版
沒有人給這種清單耶
所以有點疑問…
