三餐內容:
早餐:純濃燕麥 290ml 或 桂格堅果飲 一瓶
午餐:全清蒸-香菇雞胸肉 菠菜 豆腐 水煮蛋一顆 (半片雞胸 一把菠菜 一塊豆腐)
下午茶: 純濃燕麥 或 堅果飲 (有閒就 半顆蒸南瓜)
晚餐:同午餐
消夜(9~11點): 同下午茶
日常作息時間:在家工作 時間自由 所以起床吃完早餐 約10點 會去晨跑
跑完吃中餐 用電腦 吃晚餐 飛輪 洗澡 電腦 凌晨兩三點就寢
生活型態:以前是完全電腦族 現在以健康減肥為中心的生活型態
健康狀況:否 我有第二型糖尿病(23歲診斷出) 減肥除了提升外在也是為了健康
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動? NO
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺? NO
過去幾個月以來,您是否有在未活動的情況下,出現胸痛的情況?NO
您是否曾因暈眩而失去平衡或意識的情況? YES 糖尿病併發神經發炎 姿勢性低血壓
您是否有骨骼或關節問題,且可能因活動而惡化? NO
您是否有因高血壓或心臟疾病而需服藥(醫師處方)? NO 只有糖尿病用藥
您是否知道您有任何不適合活動的原因? NO

運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
一周三次晨跑 每次50~60分鐘 6~7K 慢跑1K(心跳不確定但會喘)接快走
感覺心跳慢了再開始跑提升心跳速率的方式 (有需要購買運動測心跳的東西嗎?)
沒有晨跑的日子會在家踩飛輪30~40分鐘 微阻力 (沒上過課 不太知道技巧 很容易累)
踩完用血壓計測心跳數有133
每次運動完都會拉筋伸展按摩 踩完飛輪會做 棒式 深蹲 捲腹 來增加核心肌力
其他沒運動的時間都坐在電腦前...
我的問題:
其實主要想詢問這樣的減肥方式是否有哪裡需要改進加強?
目前一個月已經瘦了6公斤 體脂-2% (1/11 84.2kg 體脂43.1)
我不會讓自己肚子餓 但是我的澱粉攝取很少 是因為我必須控制我的血糖
但是我還是偶爾會攝取少量低GI澱粉 (糙米黑米地瓜南瓜)(一天只吃一份左右 約半小碗)
這一個月來跑步並沒有讓我有過低血糖症狀 只有剛開始跑很累會有點想睡
這時候我會快走休息一下 但是幾次下來已經不會有想睡的感覺
跑完反而很舒服精神很好
長期監控血糖的狀況 運動前不低於100 運動完會暫時升高到快200
吃完藥及飯後 會恢復正常值 醫生也說這是正常
目前對成果還算滿意 體脂與體重 都健康穩定下降 血糖也是
請問我目前的運動及飲食型態 有哪裡需要加強改進 或有錯誤的部分嗎?
p.s 有時有飯局還是會吃外食 不忌口 但不吃甜不喝飲料不吃精緻澱粉不沾醬不吃撐
BTW半年前我的體脂還直逼45% 真的非常恐怖....
