我平常都是純跑步
假日去爬郊山
大概1~3小時的路線
爬文得知跑步訓練的部位跟爬山不一樣
爬山需要肌力跟肺活量
但是看館長爬山又很吃力
我的目標是百岳入門 跟商業團不用揹太重
想問平日想訓練登山體能
要用什麼方式比較好啊?
