星期一:胸、三頭、肩膀 (靠啞鈴和重訓椅40分鐘)
星期二:有氧 (散步2小時+)
星期三:大腿、小腿、腹部 (靠啞鈴和重訓椅40分鐘)
星期四:有氧(散步2小時+)
星期五:背、二頭 (靠啞鈴和重訓椅40分鐘)
星期六:有氧(散步2小時+)
星期天:休息
問題1
因為有氧是散步兩小時+,那週三地訓練大腿、小腿是否要取消比較好?

因為散步兩小時+,目前都是靠肚子化身成駝峰供應水分(誤),如果拎著一杯
1000c.c.的無糖綠茶,邊走邊喝會不會有更好的效果?以及這樣能加速代謝掉咖啡因嗎?

同上,散步時是否該找個提供糖類的來源(有糖綠茶?),畢竟兩小時+頗為漫長
