爬樓梯是否傷膝蓋? - 健身

這幾天打一個臨時工,從8點到18點,內容是每個小時大概花20分巡邏。
因為每層樓都要巡,所以一直要爬樓梯。這樣一天下來大概1-9樓來回爬個4-5次。
然後想說可以順便練一下大腿還哪的,上樓就一次走2格。但到了第四天,右邊膝蓋
開始隱隱作痛,之前跑步頂多小腿酸,膝蓋還沒痛過~"~,於是第五天我又乖乖的一次
走1格,有比較不痛。
不知道是我太欠鍛練,肌力不夠強導致受傷。還是爬樓梯不該走太多格?
