如題
開始上教練課兩三週的時間
目前都是依照教練給的飲食建議跟訓練菜單在做
因為自己本身做的是業務工作
基本上一週一定至少會有一攤是需要爆喝的
但教練告訴我如果訓練量有到,飲食也有控制好
一週爆喝一次是可以接受的
但不管怎麼樣,酒精這東西就是會影響肌肉合成,當然能不要喝最好
但還是很好奇版上的巨巨們
有沒有人也需要應酬的相關工作
但是身材還是能保持得非常良好的呢?
想知道酗酒仔們的訓練及飲酒心路歷程
