各位巨巨好
小弟下禮拜要開始牙齒矯正
有聽聞會讓吃東西的慾望降到超低
目前由於目標是增肌增重
一天大概都吃2300卡
蛋白質130左右 超過體重2倍多一點
實在很擔心牙套戴下去就全完了
目前想到的是早晚每天喝兩杯
自製乳清奶昔+燕麥+花生醬+香蕉
衝高熱量跟蛋白質
其他日常飲食就盡量以不要掉太多為主
不曉得有沒有也戴牙套的巨巨分享一下心得
