想請問有沒有那種專門給人問問題的教練
健身到目前年資不算新手
但體態倒是自覺蠻新手的
動作上目前感受發力還有保護自己不受傷大概是沒問題 有沒有練到自己還算能抓感覺
但累積到目前心中一直有很多問題想要有人可以問
諸如某個瓶頸該如何突破
會有某個感覺是正常的嗎
該加重還是減輕
組數該增加還是減少
該更換動作了嗎
該休息還是繼續
整體是否某個肌群太弱
是否該加強某個小肌群 或者該先把大肌群練好
吃的東西這樣可以嗎?
練的方向正確嗎?
甚至是純粹心理上的 該如何調適心態以及低潮時如何突破
基本上大概就是一些版上看到會問的那些問題
我明白知識是有價的 也不願當個伸手牌
與其道聽塗說一些路人的建議 我願意花一些錢來得到專業的答案
想找教練但又覺得自己需要的不是那種"幾堂課"的課程
不是需要教練手把手一個個動作從頭教的那種 (或者只需要少量的提示調整)
很多時候只是想問問題 而且有好多好多的問題想問
不一定是在健身房內的
也許在家的時候也想問 自己練的時候也想問
就是訓練到了某個階段 卡關了 想要討教 但又覺得需要的不是"一堂課"
只是想要有人問而已 沒有特定的上課時間 甚至是純粹的理論研討
不知道有沒有這樣的付費教練諮詢服務呢?
