各位巨巨、翹臀們好
從接觸健身開始一直是自己練
練久了也是有感到倦怠疲乏的時候
但覺得自己沒資格偷懶
想找人一起練 當捕手/輪器材/錄影都好
(兼打氣功能:加油~你可以的)
時間為平日晚上8-10點 假日早上7-10點
小妹三項330 一週4-5練
槓鈴、啞鈴為主 有氧這個就..隨緣
目前佛系練 緣分到了就會破PR(吧)
希望女生優先
(雖然好像有困難度...)
當然男生也歡迎
有什麼話等組間休息再說
祝打家順利增肌、減脂、破PR
