小弟我前陣子在等當兵的時間找了份勞力活,三個半月左右的時間體重從63>58,也第一
次和自己有點害羞的上半兩塊腹肌打了照面(當然下面幾塊更害羞)
工作告一段落,回歸頹廢生活約莫20天,我的體重也愉快地從58>61,害羞的倆小傢伙又
躲回去脂肪媽媽的懷抱中
因為體重爬得有點快,最近在考慮減脂的運動,開始跳繩/跑步,也在想能不能在當兵四
個月努力看看能不能長個四塊肌出來
進入到文章的主旨,就是我的腹部有點特別,簡單來說就是伸縮的跨度很大
平常收小腹就是正常的、平坦的腹部,但是如果用力挺出去大概可以達到懷胎五~六個月
左右的大小,這點即使在前陣子體脂比較低的情況亦然
曾經懷疑可能是內臟脂肪過高,但前陣子工作體檢的時候也在正常值
還有就是比起一般人的腹肌,我的腹肌好像比較靈活一點點,詳見GIF
再一次防雷,是體脂大概超過20%的巨油肥肚蠕動短影像,不能接受者請盡速迴避

大概是這樣,GIF全程我靠的就是腹肌使力,腰椎完全沒有使力或移動
我曾經Google靈活的腹肌/靈活的肚子/大塊腹肌等等好像都沒有什麼類似的資訊,不知道
是不是我鎖定關鍵字的能力太差
現在就是有點好奇這樣子的運動(?)是不是可以幫助腹肌塑型之類的,同樣的動作重複個
十幾二十次會有疲累感,但再多不會有捲腹那樣子的力竭感
算是我從小無師自通的小小特殊技能,但至今對於生活來說沒有任何卵用,剛好最近想長
點腹肌,想上來看看能不能實踐天生我材必有用這件事
那麼傷眼之餘懇請賜教,乾蝦打ㄍㄟ
