小弟一周至少去4次健身房
有時候會碰到剛好當天身體真的狀況不好的時候
可能前一天太晚睡、睡不好失眠或者剛吃完早餐午餐之類的就來健身
開始做的時候才發現做不到平常該有的重量就沒什麼力 懶洋洋的
怎樣都熱不起來 甚至還會冒冷汗
想問看看大家都怎麼解決?
硬著頭皮繼續做原本的課表? 不過一定會比平常重量輕然後組數又少
還是會改去做有氧之類的呢?

另外想問一下,小弟看板上下胸都推薦做雙槓 Dips
可是小弟做起來感覺抓不太到 好像都練到三頭居多? (不太了解身體應該怎樣傾)

那如果我改作機械式三頭FZTP 這個 http://i.imgur.com/TAbOsAE.png
我是身體前傾然後雙手下壓 會覺得胸部緊緊的
只是這個有個缺點 就是重量做接近自身體重的時候身體會被撐起來 = =
