珍惜你身邊的烏鴉 - 健身

在中國民間,烏鴉因其顏色和叫聲,多作為不吉祥的象徵,
可能是因為有些烏鴉比較喜歡腐食的緣故。
古人亦有以烏鴉爲報喜或報喪之説。
如薛季宣《浪語集》卷一《信烏賦》:「南人喜鵲而惡烏,北人喜烏而惡鵲」
洪邁《容齋續筆》卷三:「北人以烏聲爲喜,鵲聲爲非,南人反是」。
通常烏鴉都是被用來比喻較於負面的事物,但是在現今民粹橫流的社會中,
請珍惜你身邊敢說真話的"烏鴉"。
舉幾個身邊的故事,
有在健身的人相信對於硬舉(Dead lift)這個動作一定不陌生,
而在離心放槓的時候槓片撞擊到地板會發出聲響,

有sense的人都不會惡意摔槓發出很大的聲響,
但是還是會有發出一定的音量,我曾經硬舉被關切過,
當下真的一頭霧水,我很確定我放的力道很正常絕無重放,
結果不了了之。
有個健身房的朋友翔哥每次硬舉的時候常被健身房的”教練”關切,
在我觀察他離心的力道雖比較快,
但也是在合理範圍內絕非摔槓,
所以他被關切的時候都有提出一些建議給館方人員,
例如提供軟墊之類的可行方法,但是依然渺無音訊石沉大海,
然後又三不五時再來關切音量的問題,
不去解決問題的根源,忽視正確的建議,
又一再地倒果為因,怪罪點出問題提出建議的人,實在是令人非常無言。
另一個身邊的例子,友人C對於自己家人關係緊密,
而對於他們待人處事可能思慮欠詳考慮不週到的地方會時常提醒,
例如老北常常行事莽撞,不懂的瞻前顧後,圓融處世,
老木缺少人際互動與人相處邏輯過於簡單直接,
但是C常點出可能存在的人際問題之後,
當下得到的回應通常不是善意的,甚至是責罵及誤解,
在我看來,他大可不必做這種吃力不討好的角色,
但出自於愛,他常碰的一鼻子灰,或是暗自神傷,
因為愛他的家人所以他選擇當吃力不討好的烏鴉,
我希望他家人能夠體會的到。
在現在資訊開放的社會,資訊流動快速,今天的經典鐵律,
明天可能就被推翻,而我們應該對於敢於提出看法表達意見的人,
應該有度量包容不同的意見並且去反思檢討自己查證所見所聞
的真實性,不要害怕去承認錯誤,不要用怒氣去掩蓋自己的無知,
拒絕檢視自己,不懂得反省,那永遠只能原地踏步人云亦云,
活在自己的象牙塔中。
但有能力的話不要害怕說真話,不要害怕當烏鴉,並要以當烏鴉為傲。
