健身了快兩年了,雖然小有成果但總覺得胸肌還是進展的不夠快
找原因,後來才發現是臥推的時候,"背都沒有鎖緊"@@!
就大概是上背要往後往下縮,整個墊在下面,稍微施力固定在那樣的姿勢
然後臥推的感受就差很多,沒有鎖緊,任由背部整個張開就容易用到更多的
背或肩膀等處的肌肉,分散掉了,對胸肌的刺激就減弱了。
好吧 我練了快兩年才發現XD
是說練背的訣竅還沒抓到耶Orz 除了覺得啞鈴划船與橫槓下拉有些效果外
對背部增厚還是沒啥大幅進展,有人可以指導一下嗎?
