現在運動還是滾去睡覺? - 健身

大家好
目前正在進行養生的生活
規定自己每天一定要在10點前睡覺
以及每天一定要運動至少30分鐘
只是現在還龜在電腦前的原因是
晚上的聚餐實在吃太撐 撐到現在
看看已經超過就寢時間 但又想去散散步幫助消化
如果是大家會怎麼選擇呢?
我應該現在滾去睡 明天早起運動
還是滾去操場散步個30分鐘??
