最近早餐在吃甜味的桂格大燕麥片加牛奶,有楓糖口味跟水果優格
一包大概是兩百卡左右
不過楓糖口味還滿甜的,這樣是不是會造成糖份攝取過多?
他標示的碳水化合物有38公克
而且除了早餐,我午點或宵夜還會在吃一包,所以一天有可能會吃到兩包
但除了有味道的麥片之外,原味的貴格大燕麥我不知道該怎麼吃才好吃
可否請板友提供一點讓原味燕麥好吃的撇步勒?
