推文中p大講到氣虛的問題, 或許大家很奇怪, 啥是氣? 氣虛是啥?
有沒有氣實還是氣飽. 這邊就我自己的體會跟大家報告, 有錯誤請用力指正
說實在的, 我自己也還在想有些中醫的觀點如何用"氣"來解釋.

在中國的傳統觀念裡, 幾乎天地萬物都可以用"氣"的觀點來解釋, 不過"氣"看不見
摸不著, 可以意會, 很難言傳, 在身體的表現大概是:
1. 身體的一切運作都由"氣"來推動, 所有的現象只是"氣"的消長變化
2. 身體器官可以用五行來說明, 然後五行之間彼此相生相剋
3. 練武的一定聽過"意到氣隨, 速於聲響"這句話, 換句話說, 意念可以控制氣
導引氣, 進而達到強身健體的目標.
再用一個簡單的例子說明:把水管接到水龍頭, 開水, 如果水龍頭開水很大, 那水管
中水的流動一定很快, 很強, 那種狀態(孫子兵法軍勢篇:激水之疾,至於漂石者,
勢也)就叫做氣很強, 反之就是弱.

p大所指的氣虛, 簡單說明就是身體虛弱, 身體機能衰退, 這種狀態下就是以最簡單
熱量控制的確有可能也是造成脂肪囤積, 為什麼? 在身體機能衰退的情況下, 身體的
代謝力不佳, 一個健康人基代套到一個身體代謝力弱的人, 對代謝弱的人來說可能
太多了, 所以"有可能"(但不一定)造成脂肪囤積. 第二, 中醫所說的氣虛, 大半指
一組症候群, 不是單一現象, 心肝脾肺腎氣虛或是一般氣虛的表現都不同, 需要有
經驗的醫師加以診斷治療. 我不知道p大所指的氣虛是哪一種, 如果是脾胃氣虛, 那
消化不良是家常便飯, 一般來說應該是會瘦(外觀看起來啦), 不過如果蛋白質吸收
不良反而會造成水腫(外觀就是胖).
