最近呢,我在書店看書
看到新谷弘實醫生寫的《體溫力革命》
裡面介紹的主軸是現代人體溫過低
而現代飲食都偏寒,吹空調,愛吃冰
所以抵抗力差
提出了「生薑紅茶」改善體內體質的說法
可以改善手腳冰冷、便秘等等的
書上也寫體溫如果有效提高,基礎代謝力就能提高
上面寫綠茶屬於涼性的,紅茶則是能有效溫暖身體
原PO本來就有泡茶喝的習慣
所以就試試看生薑紅茶
其他生活作息保持一樣:
運動(平常是每天跑五公里)、
飲食(外食便當兩餐+早餐自己煮麥片每天如此)
睡前毛巾操(估狗提供的)
所以改變的只有生薑紅茶
喝第一週沒甚麼感覺,就是茶還蠻好喝的
不過手腳冰冷的感覺好很多
第二週起寒冰掌退散
重點是我的腰圍居然就扎實的減少三公分 確定不是幻覺
(因為我是隔了一周再量一次,都沒有復胖)
生薑紅茶是買來有機紅茶、薑。薑我就切一片 想辣一點就多切一點
然後放進紅茶裡,用馬克杯泡。一天喝八杯水 我就用那個杯子泡八次
沒味道就算了這樣
我覺得感覺蠻不錯的
至少覺得體溫有上升 好像頭腦比較清醒
也許是基礎代謝提升了一點吧
當然我不覺得光喝這個就會瘦 但有些些的輔助功能
我是參考《體溫力革命》這本書寫的
盡量讓自己攝取讓體內溫暖的食物
或是不讓身體寒冷的食物
然後搭配醫生寫的生薑紅茶
有些小成果
