產前的運動 - 健身

很高興有了小北鼻 目前已三周大
前些陣子因為不知道自己懷孕了 多次聚會時有飲酒
甚至這半個月還飛其它國家旅行
天天慢跑有氧六七千
前天得知懷孕了 才驚覺自己前陣子真是累到驚險!
還好北鼻無恙
想請問一下
大家都說懷孕不要劇烈運動
那麼是否由現在開始 我的慢跑都改成散步就好
平常有在練的跳舞與瑜伽 是不是也該暫時放棄
我的國標課還能繼續嗎?
或者改上產前瑜伽
請問激烈運動定義是什麼?
我身體年齡與實際年齡目前約在27上下
沒有病史 第一次懷孕
