適量的飲料適不適合拿來維持飽足感? - 健身

小弟目前的工作是一般上班族
上班時間大部分都是坐著,偶爾起來走走
因為通勤的關係早餐六點就吃了
到了十點左右都會肚子餓,這時候我都會拿出300ml麥香紅茶(熱量約120kcal)
慢慢喝維持血糖不至於餓肚子,通常慢慢喝可以撐到下午兩點
請問這個方法適合嗎? 長期下來會有不良影響嗎?
