大家晚安~
我是生完兩胎正在哺乳中的媽媽
(大寶2歲、二寶9個月哺乳中)
因為懷孕前一直都有運動的習慣
(懷大寶一週3-4天游泳1000公尺游到生)
但生完大寶沒多久又懷二寶,導致完全沒在運動2年,外加飲食大亂,我的身材整個很慘
...
最近二寶比較大能自己玩了 ,我終於可以開始運動了!!!
8月開始每週一到五都會有氧運動
(產後開始恢復運動第一個月)
每次運動1小時:快走、慢跑、蛙式游泳(心跳數控制在145-160/分)
實施168斷食+減醣飲食菜單內容照片

請問哺乳媽媽減脂是不是不容易?體脂率是否會比正常時高一點?
因為知道要減脂需要肌肉,所以我有考慮是否要買教練課指導重訓技巧增肌?還是我的
狀況其實只要繼續有氧下去就好??
假如買教練課,因為頃向學會技巧後自己練,各位會建議幾堂比較好呢?
