大家好,我是35歲的三寶媽
長期沒有運動習慣,雖然體重還算可以卻是泡芙人
一個月前我加入媽媽群組減重
開始試著減醣和運動
減醣很佛系,少吃澱粉,偶爾跳過早餐斷食
運動大概1-2天會在家跳15-20分鐘的workout
搭配零星的走路或爬樓梯
上週六測inbody如下

我的BMI 18.4 體脂率25.8%
我實在困惑還要繼續減脂嗎?還是要增肌呢?
(媽媽沒空上健身房,只能居家運動)
