前陣子朋友買了體操用吊環
今天一起去公園試用看看
拉高拿來做PULL UP還算做得起來
但是放低做DIPS全身抖到不行
根本做不了幾下
是因為核心不夠力 遇到這種不穩定的
就很難平衡嗎?
如果是這樣 吊環這種器材就很適合拿來練核心嗎?
